Mr. Ashok (Age- 33) belongs from katkari tribal community from Dolvi Village, Tal -Pen, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra. He has been working from last 3 years as a caretaker at Dolvi Plantation site. He works for watering of plants, protection from fires and maintenance for all year.
Mr. Dhanaji (Age- 32) is belongs from fishermen community, Kandalepada village, Tehsil Pen, District - Raigad, Maharashtra. He is working as a water supplier for the Dolvi plantation site. He supplies 7000litersof water for Dolvi hills plantation per day. He used to drive in challenging hilly slopes and bumpy road of approx8 Km in hot summer from last 3 years.
Mr. AnkushWaghmareis belongs from katkari tribal community (Age- 32) from village Karav, Tal- Pen, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra. He is continuously taking efforts for Karav plantation site. Mr. Ankushis working with TERRE as a caretaker for Karav plantation site from last 3 years. He plays his role of caretaking, protection and watering very well.
Mr. Dongre (Age-58) is working with TERRE as a caretaker for Mahalunge Plantation site. Dongre is from Village-Mhalunge, Tal- Mulshi, Dist- Pune Maharatshtra. Mr. Dongre has continuously added his efforts for watring at Mhalunge Plantation. He is successfully taking care and watering total 16000 plants planted on 32.68 hectares of land.
Mr. Devram Waghmare is working as Night shift caretaker at Karav Plantation site since last 3 years. Wildfire may losses heavily for trees & wildlife thoroughly. So, to reduce the risk of wildfire and prevent plantation site from loss.
Mr. Parshuram (Age-32) is belongs from katkari tribal community and he is from Dolvi Village, Tal- Pen, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra. He has been working from past 3 years as a night shift caretaker and also works as an assistant for a watering schedule.
Mr. Lahu is belongs from katkari tribal community and he is from Dolvi Village, Tal- Pen, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra. He has been working from past 3 years as a night shift caretaker and also works as an assistant for a watering schedule.
Mr.Bhosle Bhimrao (Age-55) is working with TERRE as a caretaker for Wadachiwad, Undri Plantation site. He is from Village- Wadachiwadi, Tal- Haveli, Dist- Pune Maharatshtra. Mr. Bhosle has continuously added his efforts for watering, grass cutting, at Wadachiwadi Plantation site. He is successfully taking care and watering total 18000 plants which are planted in June 2020.
