Nikita Dattatray Mahadik holds a degree in Masters in Geography from Modern College of Arts, Science and Commerce. During her academic journey, she interned at R.T.O. under the guidance of Mr. Sanjay Sasane, Deputy Regional Transport Officer, and Pune. Her project titled “Issues Concerning Traffic in Pune and Problems Arising Out of it With Specific Reference to Motor Vehicular Pollution” reflects her focus on practical applications of environmental issues. Currently, with six months of internship experience at TERRE and one year as a Project Coordinator, she actively participates in environmental educational projects at TERRE Policy Centre. She believes that her work at TERRE will enhance her environmental awareness and enable her to contribute to environmental conservation efforts.
Outside of her professional life, Nikita enjoys a variety of hobbies including sports, music, travel, and swimming. These activities likely provide her with balance and inspiration, enriching both her personal and professional experiences.
