Project Leader

Sneha Bhonsle has completed her master’s degree in Environment Science and Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Environment Education and Research, Pune. She has an experience of five years in the field of environment science. During her academics she has volunteered as an educator for “Rural School Education Programme” as well as actively participated in the “Wildlife Census of India”, at Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, Goa in 2014.

Her tenure at Goa State Biodiversity Board gave her an opportunity to work with UNEP, MoEFCC and the local communities of Goa on “Strengthening the Implementation of the Biological Diversity Act and Rules with focus on its Access and Benefit Sharing (ABS) Provisions”. She has also worked as a Project Coordinator under the UNDP’s “Plastic Waste Management Project”, at Mineral Foundation of Goa along with the Corporation of City of Panaji (CCP).

Sneha has joined TERRE as a Project Leader and currently working on community-based and environment awareness projects.
