On September 18-19, 2024, TERRE Policy Centre participated in the ICSE International Conference for Sustainable Education.
Day 1 featured Sustainability Samvad, a discussion between Mr. Jean Paul Bya’undaombe (C. netzero Organisation, Congo) and Dr. Vinita Apte (TERRE Policy Centre) on integrating climate action with education.
Day 2 focused on Blue Education for a Sustainable Future, with Dr. Vinita Apte presenting on Ocean Literacy in India. Esteemed speakers, including experts from IOC-UNESCO, emphasized the importance of ocean literacy for sustainability.
