On the 13th and 14th of June, TERRE Policy Centre conducted a plant distribution activity under the Western Ghats Project. Around 8,000 fruiting trees were distributed to farmers in Dolvi, Karav and Jambhli in collaboration with the Global Nature Fund, Germany. This distribution will help the farmers generate income. The basic aim of this distribution is afforestation, mitigating climate change, and repairing the damaged ecosystem to contribute to global environmental efforts.
