TERRE Policy Centre introduced a new come up on 30th October, 2017. 'Prakashache Bet', the name symbolizes 'a ray of hope' in Marathi. It is an award which is given every month to environment friendly practices or activities.
The very first award was honored to Mrs. Suneeta Gaikwad,Water expert from Jnana Prabodhini. The programme commenced with the screening of Vasundhara Geet. Later, Mrs. Gaikwad displayed few photographs through her presentation and shared her experience with the audience. On the concluding note, TERRE President Dr. Vinita Apte feliciteted Mrs. Suneeta Gaikwad for her outstanding contribution and hard work. TERRE is honored to appreciate such activities every month.
The year 2025 ended with a devastating experience of the Wrath of Nature. Let us use as many eco-friendly styles as possible in our daily lives in the coming new year, which will help to save our Mother Earth and ultimately save the life on earth.
